GM-GMC: 2001 5.3L Chevy Silverado, trouble code p0300, barometric pressure sensor

Question
I replaced all the plugs and wires and the hard cold starts and slight shutter is still felt.  I have read that it can be either an intake manifold leak, to a vacuum leak, all the way to injector clog.  At this point I need to know where to start? The trouble code P0300 comes up without specifying the piston of misfire.  I was thinking it could be the intake manifold leak because it would apply to all cylinders randomly misfiring instead of just one being clogged and setting off the fault code.  I was wondering if you could give me some insight into my problem
