GM-GMC: Transmission/transfer case, transfer case, actuator

When i press the gas hard i hear a grinding noise also when i put the truck in 4x4 i hear the same noise?

It sounds like your Transfer Case 4x4 Actuator is not engaging ALL THE WAY .. try to put vehicle in reverse . In drive push 4x4 H4 into 4x42 and then put vehicle in reverse and then go approx 40 feet and you will hear the transfer case kick out of 4x4 H4 into 2 wheel drive .. I colder weather this seems to happen due to grease thickening ...
