GM-GMC: cabin filter, cabin filter, blower motor

Question
how do i replace my cabin filter for my heater?? when the heater is running it is
hardly blowing when its on the highest setting....

Answer
Your cabin filter can be accessed from under the hood , passenger side . Try to just turn on blower motor ,no heat .I would first take oout the blower , hook it direct to battery power . No how does it run? Fast >>If yes You have a bad resistor block .
If NO>You have a bad blower motor
