I am trying to figure out why my car won't stay
running.  I'm sure it is carburetor related.  The
car starts but then dies after about 5 seconds.  I
bought a rebuild kit and replaced excelarator pump
daphram thats what i thought it might be,but it still does the same thing. Just thought someone
might have some suggestions.

it is the carb the air in the carb is not mixing the fuel and that is why your cars engine dies You will need to get it replaced or repaired the cost depends on what type of carb you need for the car and what brand of carb. Carbs in hondas without fuel injection need to be serviced regularly because they are a problem. good luck getting the problem fixed.
