Honda: need help with a civic- simple question, bad hope, turning the key

Question
I recently bought a 5 speed 91 civic. finances are rough, and I have not been able to get tags or insurance for it yet. I slacked off and have not turned the car on to let the motor run for about a month (I know, I know), and now it won't turn over. There is nothing wrong with the battery. How do I get it running again?

Answer
If you are turning the key and the starter is turning also, i would have to say that the gas is probably bad. Most honda's have a drain plug on their tanks. You can drain all the gas out, put fresh in, and turn it over until it cranks. If the car just makes a clicking noise when you try to crank it, your starter is bad. Hope i helped.
