What is the location of the Flasher/Signal relay in the car?

I would suggest that you check the fuse for the relay first. Check in the fuse box and look on the lid diagram for the corresponding fuse.
Also there is probably a relay under the dash on the driver side near the steering column.
It will be a cartrige type black or silver.
