Mercedes: 300e window switch in center console, coin tray, window switch

On a 1990 300e, how do I obtain access to switch on the center console to replace it?

As I recall.
Remove the ashtray, remove the two screws, remove The coin tray, remove the black shift surround trim straight up, slide the wood panel forward 1/4 - 3/8 inch, gently pull up as it reaches travel limit.
