Where is the fuse for the cigar lighter on a 1997 Mercedes E 320?

Where is the fuse for the cigar lighter on a 1999 Jaguar XJ8?

my cell phone charger was defective and blew the fuses (I think) in these cars.

Fuse location is listed in the owners manual, on both vehicles.
