Mitsubishi: power windows, getting caught in the rain, n mountain

Question
Hiya Ding lol.. Well i've been stressing about it over vodka n mountain dew lol.. 102 thats chilly, lol.. Anyways, yes they did all stop working at same time.. As I said for awhile the drivers window would get stuck here at the same time the other three kept on working.. Now all four are done.. The power locks all work, just the windows itself. As i've said i've checked all fuses.. They dont work from the drivers door panel itself and the individual door itself.. Hope you figure it out, i'm getting caught in the rain lol

Answer
Hey Mel,

Ok, replace the stupid thingie in the driver door.

Just kiddin'! Ok, it seems to me that the master switch assembly in the driver door, the one with all the window controls, has been drown in vodka and dew too many times and is no longer functional so says my crystal ball. Mitsubishi part number MB977961 but you need to specify the color? at $228.33 list, they are fairly proud of this bad boy. Book calls for a whopping .4 of an hour or about 24 minutes including testing. Hell, that ain't even a 6 pack. I would strongly suggest that you find one at the boneyard and try it first to see if that takes care of it before going all out for the right color. See how confident I am? For the amount the dealer gets for this I imagine it is a little more than just switches so this will likely do the trick. <<<<< Crosses fingers. Please let me know. Hey, one other thing, go out and remove that switch panel and see if it's plugged in... I have seen much stranger, trust me. Just check all the connections. Haven't had any work done in the door have you? Window replaced, door lock, etc... it should just pull up. don't break it.
