Mitsubishi: a/c drain, rubber line, leak water

Question
my 2003 galant es is leaking water from underneath the glove compartment,  i was told to check the drain for the a/c itself, but i cannot locate it, where is it?

Answer
The drain is possibly a rubber line running out the firewall from the passenger side. Look for a small "radiator" under the dash. Provided that is the problem. Most times when a car has "water" leaking inside it is the heater core. Check to make sure it isn't anti-freeze you see in the cockpit. The A/C doesn't leak water, rather it is condensation. This condensation drips into a tray that acts like a funnel to a small line out of the car. Possibly the funnel is clogged. My instinct tells me though it is probably the heater core. Please check and let me know.
