Question
my car has a problem when i accelerate.  when i accelerate, my car seems to stall.  it seems like its waiting for my turbo to spool.  this only happens for a quick second, then, my car seems to be fine for 2 seconds, then it stalls again, then speeds up, then becomes fine when im reved up to 4500 rpm.

upgrades:
HKS air intake.  *removed honey comb - UPPER and LOWER - also unscrewed the screw on the bottom of the MAS so that it is flushed.  ***this happend  before i upgraded air intake***  Found at http://www.dsm.org/how-tos/JFM/MAF_Mod.html

welded on muffler.  stock piping.

WHAT I DID:
i checked all lines.  they all seem fine.  still can't find the problem.

also, how many quartz for tranny fluid?  thanks

Answer
sounds like your not getting fuel to the engine quite fast enough on acceleration. this could be because of a few things. could be the fuel filter is in need of replacing, injectors may need replacing, spark plugs and wires may need replacing. i had this problem like you explained before, i replaced my injectors and the problem went away. id say try the fuel filter first, if that doesnt help go with injectors. however injectors are going to run you about 250-350 dollars.
