I would like to ask if you may know of any car magazines that are good and free of charge, or some online site available.

You can find many good sources on the web for auto reviews. Cars.com is one and there are several others. What I usually do is to simply do a search for the make, model and year that I want. That'll pull up reviews in newspapers, Edmond's and other online sources. For real car magazines printed on dead trees, you can't beat Road and Track. Consumer Report will give you honest answers about reliability. I don't always agree with their opinions, but you will certainly need to take them into consideration.

You can also address your questions to experts like me. With a little deference, like refering to me as "Your Exhaulted One," you can get answers for at least a couple of days :  )
