Mitsubishi: hubcaps, middle tab, plastic tabs

My wife just bought a set of hubcaps for her 91 mirage. They have the wire ring and clips on the inside of the hubcaps. I've never seen this kind, and wondered what steps I would take to install them.

The rings have a way to line up with the hubcap.The cutaways or bend of the metal ring go on the plastic tabs on the cap.The middle tab goes on 1 side of the ring while the other 2 go opposite of the tab. Then install the cap on the wheel by starting with 1 edge and tap it into place
