Question
At first the car doesn't make the noise about a mile later it starts. When you stop and accelerate it sounds the loudest after you get up some speed you can barely hear it. No engine lights come on and the cars performance is good. The noise is there when you accelerate in park and in neutral but not as loud as in drive. If you keep the car at a steady speed you don't hear anything.

-----Question-----
When I accelerate I hear a strange sound something like a vibration or a whining noise in the motor area. This started all of a sudden. What could be the problem.
-----Answer-----
Not sure. Does the noise get louder or faster as you move? Does it increase while you are sitting still simply pushing the throttle? YOu need to narrow it down a little more then I can giv eyou some things to look at.

Answer
Ok. That rules out any possibility of wheel bearing or transmission noise, especially if it still does it in park. The first things I would check would be the belts and the idlers they rotate on. Remove the belts and start the engine, does the noise go away? If it does then you are 90% done. If not then we need to look into the engine as thats the only other thing that is moving.
