In the 1987 cutlass 442 am i able to change to bulb to an hid light or is the light one complete bulb all together

Mike,

Your front head lights are sealed beams , meaning one large fixture. I know that there are HID conversions for H1,H3,H4,H7,H11 and 9004-9007 bulb types. As far as a sealed beam to HID conversion for the G-body is concerned, I'm really in the dark. A local tuner shop quoted me a price for the conversion so it is in fact possible. I just do not have any information on it.

I have seen companies with euro styled sealed beams. This is really just an inner bulb capped giving the illusion of an HID crystal setup.
