Saab: fuel pump relays, fuel pump relay, footwell

Question
I have a 1991 900S, found the fuel control module, but not fuel pump  relays access are block by the lower dash.  How do you get access to the relays?

 You will need to remove the  panel on the right sidewall of the passenger footwell, where,  you can find the fuel pump relay. It is beneath the carpet which will need to be removed by unscrewing the several screws along the edge of the passenger door opening.
