Saab: My Saab 9-5 Wont start..., fuel pump, saab

Question
My Saab (2001) 95 will not start up. It has an auto trans. I know it is not a
power issue, because my dash is all lit up and the engine tries to start but
wont. It has no "clicking" sound like when it doesnt have the power it needs.
It is turning over but wont come to life. I doubt this is relevant, but I am
parked on a hill with the front faced down-hill. Any advice? Thanks for your
help!

Answer
Sam:
My guess is that it is a fuel 'problem': either the fuel pump is not working OR the tank is very low and the fact that you are on a hill might make the pickup tube within the tank exposed.
A second possibility is loss of spark which would need to be investigated.
