Toyota: a995 Camry Lock, toyota service manual, keyset

1995 LE Camry Drivers Door Lock assembly needs to be replaced (maybe). I have removed the trim pad from the door body. Door is shut and now I cannot open it from the inside or outside. None of the clips on the inner handle links are broken. Outer handle also appears to be connected and o.k. When I put the key in the keyset it will not turn normally or do anything and the toggle thing on the inner handle(the thing with the red indicator) only goes halfway back. How do I get the door open to remove the lock. I was able to use a pronged fork to get it open once but I don't really know what I did, it just opened. Do I need to find someone to cut the lock out?

Starting from "BO-21" read down.  You'll also see the diagram of the entire internals of the door.  Hope this helps!
