Volkswagen: New Air Condtion Unit for 1974 S.B., air condtion, gilmore enterprises

I'm going to buy a complete a/c unit for a 1974 S.B. that is completely restored. I've checked with hotrodair.com but a friend said their units are pitiful.  Where would you get a complete a/c kit for this car? Thank u for ur help and time.

Hi John,

I do not know much about hotrodair, unfortunately.  However, I am putting an A/C system in my 1974 SB.  This A/C system is incredible and well worth the investment.

You can choose through the dash (the one I purchased) or under the dash.

This gentleman guarantees a 30-40 degree reduction in temperature in the cabin of the car.  Plus, it is also simple to install.
