You have asked for CNG. In Pakistan one litre of petrol cost 1$. This is too costly as the normal wage for a person ranges from 100$ - 300$ per month. Whereas natural gas is too cheap as compared to petrol, i.e 40KM in 1$. Usually a CNG converion kit is attached and CNG cylinder is fitted at the back of the car.

The 1974 Beetle is a great car. (I have one myself) However, in the USA, the 1974 has smog/emissions equipment on it that significantly slow down the car.
I am unsure what the engine looks like for the 1974 in Pakistan. However, if there is no emissions equipment on it -- that is your best bet!
The best compatible A/C supplier would be Gilmore Enterprises. (the link I sent you last time).
It will NOT overheat the car, and you will have plenty of enjoyment. The temperatures in some of our deserts in America and exceed 115-120 degrees. The VW's do just fine.
