Volvo: XC70 - Heater Problem, climate control, last winter

Question
Last winter I had my engine mount replaced and since then the heater is not working right -  I works sporadically and the other day I could tell cold air was being pumped out into the driver side and warm into the passengers side.  The dealership tell me it's working according to Volvo standards but I've have the car long enough to know it's not right - especially when I'm freezing!

Answer
Sil,
That sounds like a climate control module fault. Maybe the best thing is to show the dealer the fault. Maybe what they see looks normal and if you show them the fault they will have a better idea of the problem. Although to me what you say seems straight forward. Did they look for any faults that were posted? If on one side it is warm and the other cold that would indicate the module is at fault.
