Volvo: 95 volvo 850turbo stalling, fuel pumps, fuel pressure

Question
the 95 850 turbo i have keeps stalling and sometimes won't restart for a long time.  I had a diagnostic done and the only code was DTC 3-1-5.  The engine now won't run for more than a couple of minutes at a time.  Will the evap problem do this or  do I have a relay problem?

Answer
Dan,
I do not think the EVAP has anyting to do with the stalling. Ok so when it stalls what is missing the spark or the fuel? I have seen more than a few fuel pumps and or relays go out and also a few ignition coils. I would look at the fuel pressure while running to see if it drops as the engine stalls. When you crank it to start see if there is power at the fuel pump. Is there power and pressure or not? Also crank the engine over and test the spark at the coil and then at rhe plugs.
