Volvo: Volvo 1994 850 Turbo Air bag, scan tool, turbo air

Thank you so much for your help.
The SRS light is lit on the dash.  The airbag has never been used.  What has to be done, and what should it cost to repair the problem.  Do I need a complete replacement?

The light on indicates that there is a fault code posted. You will need a scan tool to read the codes and clear them. I find that sometimes codes get posted for no reason, and when they are cleared they stay gone. Cost depends on the labor rate and what the fault(s) are along with what needs to be done.
