Volvo: ECC 850 Turbo1994 no blower, motor position, power stage

REC and AC lights blink when volvo started 95% of time.  
Blower blows for <5 seconds 5% of time when volvo started.
Did DTC test and got code 211.
Air is hot... but only the air forced through by driving comes out...
Could you please tell me what to do or suggest to a mechanic?

Code DTC 2-1-1 = Driver side damper motor position sensor open circuit or short to 12 V . So check to see what blend and vent doors are opening and closing and if they work at all. If the blower is not working and stops replace the motor and the power stage.
