Volvo: 1995 volvo wont start, battery cables, positive cable


Question
the battery went dead son tried to jump it i think they had cables crossed the other car melted positive term. cover i towed home no power to fuel pump no inst lights or movement on gages have power to alternator obd a-6 not responing ran out of daylight is there a fuser link or a fuel shut off switch if so were are they any ideas please help thank you mark

You might check the battery cables first. Some models have a cable end that makes a poor connection on the battery positive. Some also have additional red wires off the positive cable end that might have burnt. There are not any fuses or the such, so you may have burned out the control units.
