Volvo: 1988 Volvo 740 GLE, volvo 740 gle, fuel pump relay

Question
I have a Volvo 740 GLE with 250K miles on it.  It ran great up until 2 weeks ago and will not start now.  The spark plugs, cap, and rotor have been changed.  The coil and plug wires all tested good.  There is fuel coming from the fuel regulator.  The timing belt looks fine and rotor turns on the distributor.  What's going on?

Answer
Sturat,
What is the fuel pressure? Is there spark at the plugs? Is there an injector pulse to open the injectors?
There is the pick up in the dist, the suppression relay, fuel pump relay, power stage, control unit to name a few parts. There are also wires in the loom that can break.
