Volvo: program remote controller for 1995 VOLVO 960, fcc id number, 1995 volvo 960

Question
Dear Sirs,
I lost my remote controller yesterday, now I am shopping a new replacement of mine. During shopping the web, found it actually have 2 different type  base on last 4 digit FCC ID number. Since I lost my original remote, how do I get the right one for me? Something like "653T" and "WB1G"(Try call Volvo dealer and they think it may be the version 2.1 and version 2.2 difference? Not sure what that is)

Also, once I get the right remote for myself, any possibility that I can do it by myself and you are able to provide me some instruction for letting remote talk to my Volvo?

Appreciated the response.

Once
May I know how to program

Answer
Michael,
If you remove the glove box and look to the right there is a control module for the alarm. You should find the information there. To program the remotes, sit in the car key in the ignition, cycle the key five times, last time leave it on and within 5 seconds push a button on each remote.
