Call you local dealer with the radio numbers, they should be able to access the data base that will give the codes.

QUESTION: My local dealer are not being helpful, they are asking for USD$300. Is it fare? Is there any way out? I cant wait to enjoy music.

Answer
Joseph,
I do not know or understand why the dealer is charging you. In the US the owner of the car can get the radio code from the dealer. Perhaps it is a charge for all the different paper work and time to access the data base for the code, and because of a foreign vehicle.
