Volvo: 1995 volvo 850 turbo no-start, volvo 850, fuel regulator

Question
I change spark plugs, dist cap.rotor cap,cam position sensor, but the car won't start there is a new fuel pump, new fuel regulator, but I notice the check engine light is not no when you turn on the key could there be a ECM problem there is power to the control module fuse PLEASE HELP I love your web site.......

Answer
John,
Is power flowing to the fuel pump when cranking? Wires all plugged in tight and secure? Read the codes and see what they say. It ran before all the work? If yes go over everthing you did. The check engine light should light when the key is on, so yes there could be a control unit problem.
