HI I HAVE A S60 D5 WHEN LOOKING WITH THE REMOTE KEY THE ALARM GOSE OF AFTER ABOUT 30 SECONDS WHEN I RE SET IT
IT SEAMS OK UNTIL I HAVE TO LOCK THE CAR AGAIN THEN IT IT THE SAME

I am assuming that the alarm is factory Volvo. So that you take to the dealer and have them hook it up to the VIDA test computer and see what faults are showing. They should be able to check the parameters and make any changes or provide a new software download.
