Hi!My 1999 S80 fuel gage drop way down to zero but the engine is still runing,it is the sender?if it is where I can locatem.Thanks in advance.Zoli

The sending unit will need to be tested along with the gauge. Keep this in mind, there is a couple of gallons of gas left in the tank after reading in the red for reserve. Now if the gauge drop to below the reserve and stays, that may indicate a faulty sending unit. There are two sending units they are under the rear seat bottom.
