Volvo: 1996 Volvo 850R wagon, volvo 850r, engine oil cooler

Please cdan you help... Have major oil leak in to cooling system.. Header tank appears full of milky oil mixed water and spews out through cap on long run... Also motor looses lots of oil, obviously going in to cooling system but otherwise runs ok.. Any suggestions please?

Try to identify if the oil is trans fluid or engine oil. I would suspect that the trans fluid or engine oil cooler inside the radiator has began to leak and the oil and anti freeze are mixing. Get that taken care of ASAP so no further damage is done.
