Volvo: 93 850 GLT Removing inside rear door panel, screws, carpet

Question
I am trying to remove the entire panel that has leather on the top and carpet on the bottom from the inside of the rear passenger door that holds the speaker and everything else...I got it very loose all the way around but is seems to be stuck in the middle and as if something is holding it on, but I can't tell what it is... I just can't seem to get this thing off and don't wanna break anything...

Is there a certain way of taking this thing off and then putting it back on?

The bottom has some screws and the inner handle pulls off. The top at the window just clips over the top of the inner door metal. After popping loose the bottom, holding it outward push up on the panel. The center has some clips that require it to be pulled up and then off. They look like a "L" shape attached to the inner door metal.
