Volvo: volvo 960 front suspension, control arm bushings, volvo 960

Question
i have a slight vibration in my steering wheel. i'd like to replace the control arm bushings and any other bushings i may need, then quite possibly the front struts. where do i buy the parts and can you help me with instruction and or photos/drawings?

Answer
Kenton,
Get your parts from a shop that uses quality Volvo replacement parts. www.revolvstore.com is one. There are bushing that will need a set of bushing driving tools and  a press. Simply remove the control arm and using a press and the proper driver tools press out the old bushing and check any alignment of the bushing and press in the new.
When the control arm is out remove the two lower mounting bolts and remove the 3 bolts holding the top of the strut. Pull out the strut and using spring compressors compress the spring and remove the old strut replace with new.
