Thanks

Answer
John,
Check the service records see that all the maintance has been done. Take the car to a Volvo shop that knows the car and have them inspect the vehicle. They should look at things like the brakes, front end suspension, rear main for leakage, axle boots, drive belts, timing belt check for fault codes all system. Just give the car a good look over so that you know how much work it will take to put it in good shape. Also making sure that all the work they said had been done is in fact done. Test all the interior lights and switches and make sure that all things are working, windows, sun roof, light bulbs, radio, etc.
