Volvo: headlight assembly replacement, light assembly, junk yard

Took a rock to the right front light assembly resulting in totally busted glass. How hard is it to replace the assembly?

Easy on the hands, hard on the pocket.  I need the same thing and for my '89 240 it's gonna run me $226 for a new assembly.  Maybe you can get lucky and find one in a junk yard or whatever, but new they're expensive.  But, once you have the part, its just screws.  And you'll probably have to adjust the beam after you've installed the new assy.
