Volvo: brake failure light, brake failure, brake valve

My brakes are fine (just redid them) but the brake failure light comes on

1989  240  44,000 miles

Try power bleeding the brakes and see if the light goes out. If not bleed the front portion of the master see if that works. If not bleed the rear portion see how that works. If by bleeding the light stays on then the brake valve is not centering itself and will need replacement.
