Volvo: 1989 740 GL fuse keeps blowing, fuse box, circuts

Question
The blinker,a/c relay, power windows fuse keeps blowing (15amp).  I have tried to isolate the problem, but it appears to blow when using the blinkers or the a/c or the windows.  There is another electical issue that may be related...there is a yellow dashlight that comes on when i hit the brakes.  I have replaced the right rear inside brake bulb, but it still doesnt work.

Sounds like the light on the dash is the "bulb out" light. Replace brake bulbs as needed.
You need to isolate the different circuts at the fuse box. That way you will see what wire is the one that blows the fuse. Hook the others up and that way you know what is the cause. Trace the one that blows the fuse to the problem.
