Volvo: Volvo starter, volvo 240, car jack

Trying to replace the starter on a 88 Volvo 240. I can reach the outer bolt, but cant get to the inner one. I am using a regular car jack to lift it but its not enough. Do i need to take it a mechanic to put it on a regular lift? Or can I do this on the floor?

i havn't done a starter but when i look at it it looks like it might be hard to get to, you might need some different shaped wrenches that will fit in there, this is one of those jobs that i would have a mechanic do, it can be a real pain if you don't have a lift
