Volvo: volvo, dash lights, loose contact

i have a '93 850 with around 130,000 miles on it. yesterday, i was driving in severve heat and the car started losing power. al the dash lights came on. i pulled over and shut it off for a few minutes. it restarted fine and seems to be running okay.

Maybe not a real bad case of panic, but have your shop check things like the battery and cables and the charging system, see if all those are working properly and show no sign of wear. Also have the Ign switch checked, they wear out and loose contact once in a while.
