Volvo: Tail lights, brake light switch, orange light

I have a 1989 240 GL. My tail light on the right side is not working. Put in new bulb and it didn't work. All fuses are working. Also, I press on the brake and the orange light comes on indicating a bad bulb. Any ideas?

So the brake and taillight on the right side are not working, right? Did you test for power at the plug where it plugs onto the circurt card? Those plugs get loose at times and also those circurt cards wear out at the area where the plug makes contact. Test to see if you are getting power to the plug and if not trace back toward the light switch and or brake light switch. I have also seen the bulb out relay go bad and keep lights from working. See where the power stops and go from there.
