Volvo: leaking washer fluid and shaky mirror, volvo 740 turbo wagon, car volvo

Ray - I own a 1992 volvo 740 turbo wagon.  The wipers work fine but washer fluid has completely stopped spraying onto the front windshield.  Fluid instead leaks out the washer line under the hood near the windshield, at a point where there is a small plastic yellow ring fixed to the line.  What's the best way to fix this?

Also, one of my side-view mirrors shakes quite a bit.  How can I stablize it without losing the ability to adjust it?

Finally, is there a specific repair or reference manual you would recommend for my car?  volvo.

The leaking washer fluid sounds like it has a bad "check valve tee" that is leaking. Replace it with a new one, clean out the nozzles and adjust them and you should be fine. Clean the nozzles with a small piece of wire and compressed air.
The mirror is broken and will have to be replaced. In some cases only the glass will need to be done others the complete mirror. You will have to inspect it to be sure.
