Volvo: 2004 Volvo S60 2.5 T, car leaks, laura woods

Question
My friend has a 2004 Volvo S60 2.5 T.  When ever it rains the car leaks on the inside on the drivers side on the right side.  I am not sure what it could be.  He did just have a windsheild replaced but I don't see where it would be leaking in.  I thought it could be from the A/C but he said it is only when it rains. This has been happening for a while (even before the windshield had to be replaced)and now it is getting worse.  The water collects at least 2 inches of water. I did not want to start taking off the side panels to see where it was coming from because I don't know all that much about Volvos so I was wondering if someone had an idea on what it could be before I start looking around and taking things apart.  If you have an idea or someone who might know please drop me an email at lwoods2@ccri.edu Thanks  Laura Woods

Answer
it should be brought back to the dealer , sounds like a factory mistake or problem, it should be under warranty? a car this new shouldn't be doing this, did he buy it used? then it probably has been in a collision and fixed , if he bought it used demand that the seller fix it,
