hi I am wondering if you could let me know how to raise idle RPM on my volvo 960 sedan 1993

The idle is not adjustable. It is controled by the idle speed motor. If the idle is too low the idle speed motor might be bad. Also clean the throttle housing out, if it is filled with carbon deposits it affects the idle. Clean it with carb spray cleaner.
