Volvo: Break Lights, brake light switch, test light

Question
None of the break lights work on my 1994 940 Volvo. I have checked all the bulbs and they are fine, it seems that they are not getting enough electricity. Could the breaklight switch be the problem? If it is, where is this thing located? Any suggeswtions are welcomed. Thank you for your time.

Answer
Ben,
Either the brake light switch (at the top of the brake pedal) or the bulb warning relay (in the relay panel behind the fuses). Test the switch with a test light see that power flows through the switch. Power will then go to the relay. One power going in and three coming out one for each rear bulb. Make sure that the fuse is good before doing any testing.
