Volvo: ETS, volvo s 70, auto maker

Question
The ETS light comes on because the throttle system is defected and need to be changed. My question why don't you tell these people who ask about this system that. These cars will kill you my volvo s-70 almost killed me and my child.
2. How can I get volvo to purchase this death trap back short of getting a lawyer.I do have attorney on the case but if volvo just pay what i owe i will drop the suite.Thank I look forward to your answer.

While I was aware that the ETS system was causing some problems, this is the first time that I have heard of a situation where it was dangerous.
Because the waring light was on I would think the manufacturer would say it was the owners responsabilty to get the car checked out for safety and runabilty. If the Auto maker feels the car falls under "goodwill" standards they may opt to help out in the cost of the repairs.
