Volvo: 93 Volvo 850GLT not starting, throttle position sensor, system checker

Question
About 2 days ago I went outside and started my car to see if the battery was dead because something has been running it down but it started no problem. About 4 hours later I went to leave and the car turned over and fired and stalled and it wouldn't fire again. My dad and I have been looking things over and we can't seem to figure it out. It has gas, the battery isn't dead, the connections are fine. We have spark, the distributer is fine.  We are getting gas. The fuel pump is putting out 43-49 psi and it holds. The fuel filter isn't plugged. We are not getting any codes what so ever. We checked the fuel system and the ignition system diagnostic system checker and we keep getting no defaults. We think that we are only getting 2 volts to the Throttle position sensor when other sensors are getting 5. Do you think this could cause the problem? Any other ideas you could think of are appreciated.

Answer
Brandy,
I have seen these car flood out causing the compression to be so low the car will not start. Pull the plugs and see if it looks to be flooded. If it is squirt a little oil in each cylinder, that will bring the compression back up. Try and start the car again. Also retest for any codes in the system.
