Dear Jimmy,

My Volvo has developed an electrical fault. The turn indicators no longer respond to the stalk being moved up or down and the main beam doesn't respond either. All the fuses appear to be intact and the turn indicators will flash when the hazard warning indicator is pressed. Any ideas what I should be looking for ?

Hello! Remove the fuse for the Steering Wheel Module(SWM) for about 5 min. You should have normal operation. If not, you will need to have the SWM replaced. Only a dealer or a Volvo specialist can replace it. Special tools and software are needed.
