Volvo: Volvo starting problem, circuit layout, pepboys

Question
My son as a  1987 DL Volvo sedan; I realize that this is a little newer then what your profile discribes as to your expertise, but i need all or any help i can get.  The car will not turn over, It acts like juice is not getting to the starter, jumping don't help, after conversing with "AllExperts" i finally was able to remove the starter (tight fit) and had it tested.  It works great.  The battery tested great too.  I was told maybe its the neutral switch or ingnition.  How do I test for those two options.  I can even find the neutral switch.  Please help.

Answer
The battery has a line to the ignition as well as the fuses under the hood and finally to the starter.  Trace the line starting from the battery.  The ignition module can be removed in the interior of the car, and the fuses are usually on the drivers side under the hood.  Check the fuses and make sure the ignition module works in 3rd mode.  For complete circuit layout, I would suggest picking up a Hayne's manual for the 240 at a local Pepboys, that will give you more complete information.
