To night well my car just stalled and it seems that every thing is shorted ! when i try to start it, it starts but dies instantly. all my relays when activated go crazy on off on off and i really don't know what it could be. Also when i put my Day time runing light or low beams my fuel pump starts to pump gas for no reason... but the moment i start my engine it stops. well i hope you can give me a hand becaus i'm out of ideas. thanks.

It sounds like you probably have a bad or corroded ground somewhere near the fuel pump or the headlamps, which can cause random shorts all over the car.  Unfortunetly, the only solution is to carefully pick over all affected electrical systems looking for bad grounds or frayed wires; or pay a shop to do it.
